Logan McIlwain

Logan McIlwain graduated from Virginia Tech with a BS in Chemical Engineering and a minor in Nuclear Engineering. He works under the supervision of Amanda Leong and Jinsuo Zhang in the Nuclear Materials and Cycle Center.

Logan's research focuses on working with hydroxide salts. His research has encompassed analysis of vapor pressure, thermal decomposition, detection through combustion, and purification techniques.
