Ding Zhao

Ding Zhao graduated with a PhD in condensed matter physics in 2024 from Shanghai University. and her mainly work was multiphysics simulation study of the electrorefining process for uranium ion from molten salt and its kinetic mechanism.  She is working as a postdoc in Mechanical Engineering under Dr. Jinsuo Zhang at the Center for Nuclear Materials and Fuel Cycle Research at Virginia Tech. Her research mainly focuses on the thermodynamic properties and thermal decomposition kinetics of molten salt.
